Ms Yang is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in international business. In particular, Ms Yang’s experience lies in the identification, acceleration and realisation of investments across a range of industries including but not limited to technology, property, and resources. She has commercialised numerous innovations in the telecommunications industry and was instrumental in building an Australasian telecommunications delivery company. Furthermore, she has led the development, marketing and commercialisation of a high-performance engine technology now being developed as an auxiliary power unit for electric engines. Ms Yang is currently the Executive Chairman of ASF Group Ltd (ASX: AFA).

MARK DERRIMAN

Mr Derriman is a geologist with over 20 years’ experience in near mine and regional mineral exploration, and the management of exploration programs. He has worked in a variety of geological environments in Australia, primarily in gold and base metals (including nickel), coal and iron ore. Most recently Mark assisted in the successful listing of Kaili Resources Ltd on the ASX in 2015 and was instrumental in assembling their gold, iron and cobalt/nickel portfolio in Western Australia. Prior to that Mark worked for ASF Group as General Manager in their Australian exploration, corporate and business development divisions, providing technical support, due diligence and rapid first-filter geological and economic analysis of various projects with a focus on coal projects. This role also included project asset identification including commercial negotiations with junior exploration companies, stakeholders and land & legal teams.

XINWEI CHEN

Ms Chen is an experienced executive with over a decade of leadership in real estate management, regional marketing, and international investment. She has overseen a portfolio of more than 100 projects across Jiangsu Province, including significant roles atprestigious developments such as Suzhou’s landmark, Gate of the Orient. Her senior leadership history includes serving as Regional Marketing Director for Gezhouba Real Estate and Jiangsu Regional General Manager at Hongyang Real Estate. Beyond the property sector, Ms Chen brings significant expertise in the resources and healthcare industries. She has many years of experience in mining investment and has played a key role in various projects. Additionally, she has successfully led a medical device companyin China.

Ms Ye holds a Master of Accounting from Macquarie University and is a Member of CPA Australia. Ms Ye has worked with a firm of Chartered Accountants in Australia and has gained extensive experiences in the areas of business restructuring and tax planning in a number of industries both in Australia and Internationally. She also has extensive experience in corporate finance in Hong Kong and China and with Australian Listed Companies.
