Both Mr Derriman (Managing Director) and Mr Ke (Exploration Manager) are full-time employees of ActivEX Limited and have sufficient experience relevant to the styles of mineralisation and types of deposit under consideration and the activities being undertaken to qualify as a Competent Person as defined by the 2012 Australasian Code for Reporting Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves (JORC Code 2012).

Mr Tear is a director of H&S Consultants Pty Ltd and he consents to the inclusion of the estimates in the report of the Mineral Resource in the form and context in which they appear.

Mr Ke consented to the inclusion in this report of the Mineral Resource in the form and context in which it appears.
